The participants:

• Merchants: Those who create offers with customisable fees.

• Users: Those who accept offers.

• Moderators: Those who solve disputes between Merchants and Users.

• Swapy Holders: Our backers, 95% of the protocol revenue is distributed to the Swapy holders.

• NFT Holders: Backers holding 50% of the voting rights and 5% of the distribution of revenue.
